My first question to all the members is to get your feelings on adding a forms software piece to your document management solution. Is it a good idea? Why? Explain the value added. Thanks.

I think that forms are a must! Just think of the amount of time currently spent within the government filling out and processing forms.

Of course, electronic forms are more beneficial when they can be integrated into a document management system and workflow product.
