Is there any insurrance program existing for Y2K problems ? Particularely for members of CEO or upper management that are responsible at some level.

No. According to some brokers yes, but then the policies exclude preciesly what you would like to have covered.You should review with your insurance broker and your in-house risk management dept. what exclusions your current insurance carriers are including or included on your property and liability insurance programs including your D&O policies. Most carriers are not putting the exclusions on the policies you have if you sastifies their information requests.
