Is possible know the volumen, the number and another information of a digital photografie of a branch of coffee fruits? How is the development of statistical process using this digital photo?

If you're asking if a digital image would be sharp enough for a human to count the beans in a picture of a branch, then the answer is probably yes, with a megapixel camera.

If you're asking if a digital camera will automate this (count for you) then the answer is no. It would be possible to write software to do it. Finally, a way for programmers to MAKE money on coffee!
