new rule book = #25 new marines = #10 new speeder = #15 new d.eldar = #10 building pack = #5 tree pack = #3 TOTAL = #68.......not bad for #50 eh....

+dice,rulers,play sheets....AND i personaly think that the figures in the old box set were completly ****. if you want to stick to those figures fine. but i would rather have 10 of the new marines compared to 20 of the old ones......and as for the orks...have workshop ever produced a minature worse than these?....i think not. so over all i think the new box is a huge improvement on the last crappy offering.......and did you get a speeder in the old box....NO......well you do now......which would you prefer.....cool and new...or old and crap?........

I think they new box kicks butt compared to the old one! The fighting forces are actully even...60 orks and 20 marines wasn't enen a fair fight even with the cardboard dreadnaught. There's actully varity in this one.

Yeah the old orks werent that good but give em credit its plastic. Besides GW has prodused worse trust me. Plus the new Landspeeder look really dumb its all boxy, the old one was a lot better. Plus the new box has very little scenery i liked the old card ruins better even though thgey werent plastic. Just add a base some paint and a few other bitz and the card ruins do kick ass, but oh yeah that would take effort wouldnt it? you guys are to busy worrying how to kill your oppenet in 2 turns to worry about having fun........

i know some guys are....but not me....i prefer to fight a game following the background of the story...i am neither a cheeser or a beard...( which is one of the reasons i lose to many players i game against......10 jetbikes with heavy flamers.....please....) i do like the scenary...ok you dont get much...but there you go...it is workshop we are talking about and you can only defend them so far.......but fairs fair...it is nice and chunky. (the trees are out of this world when painted and drybrushed!!!!) +i regularly take upwards of 25 hours to paint a model...this is not what i call a lack of effort...i build alot of good scenary....if anyone wants any tips i have many...and im not just saying that....several workshops have pieces of mine on their tables...... that said ...you are right..the new speeder does have a dodgem car feel about it....hmmm....i will opt for the mark II i think.

its not out.yet....only 7 more days.....october 10th!!!!!!!!!!!! the set has been in the public domain since gamesday.....as you can guess i think its great....although it would apper that not every body else does.......fair enough. get your ass down to your local store..or to portent for some more info.....Greyknight.
