Do digital cameras allow you to get pictures onto your computer? If so, how do they do it

The answers are "yes", and "that's a long explanation." Dennis Curtin (sp?) has an **excellent** tutorial on all things digital and photographic, which can be found at http://www.shortcourses.com/ It's by far the most comprehensive treatment I've found either in print or on the web. I'm sure you'll find most of your questions answered there! (Not to blow you off, it's just that the full answer is many pages...)
