The deer on the right may be the real subject in the image. The one on the left isn't too interesting. The angle of it's head with the ears up is a nice pose.

There are some elements in the background that are distracting including the trees and the skylight i the upper right corner. The subject really needs a catch light in the eyes to make it snap.

The focus could be sharpened up a bit. This may be related to a slow shutter speed or optics quality (focus across the entire image appears soft). Remember to shoot wildlife wide open to isolate the subject from the background and increase the shutter speed.
