Hello,I would like to know wheter the new century begins on January 1st of 2000. or on 2001.
In my opinion it's on January 1st of 2001.

Your bet is correct, Jackie. Since there was no year 0 the first century ran from 1 to 100, the second from 101 to 200, etc. The 21st will be from 2001 to 2100.
