You probable saw a re-broadcast of an old (June ~3, 1998) 3 1/2 hour Y2k discussion sponsored by the Institute for Strategic Studies (or something like that). I caught part of it last night as well. If you haven't seen it before, count yourself luckly to have caught it, but it's mostly old news for those who read these forums on a daily basis.
