If you haven't already spent enough money on Titanic, now there is a calendar. If you are like me, and felt a little fullish with full size posters hanging in the livingroom, this is perfect.

I've seen it in the bookstores, but I don't plan to buy it. It ain't cheap and I've got the tapes plus many books on Titanic that I should read.

I found it at Target for about $11.50. Most wall calendars run about that much. Only a little less.

Actually, there are two Titanic calendars. One is based on the film, but the other is a series of paintings of Titanic by the reknown artist and Titanic historian Ken Marschall, whose Titanic artwork has graced a number of books, including Ballard's "Discovery of the Titanic," and "Titanic: An Illustrated History." (BTW, Ken was the visual historical consultant to James Cameron for the film).

That's the calendar I bought!

The movie calendar is free with the movie at Best Buy.
