conversation with Karen Sport and Linda Stauss: on track

greenspun.com : LUSENET : DON Records Management Working Group : One Thread

Everyone,

I have talked with Linda Strauss and Karen Sporn. They are on track with Chapters 6, 11, and 16. I think all the chapters will be done by the target date of 1 October. All but one or two will be done by next Thursday. We will be ready to move on to the next phase of the project on schedule.

Don't forget to let me know by next Tuesday if you are going to attend the 24 September meeting at NRL Quarters A so I can submit your names to Security. Margit and I will have an agenda posted by next Monday -- that is, if I get in touch with Margit so we can work on one.

Charlie, those two ladies who contacted us from Pearl Harbor about participating in the work group have never answered my queries about their records management experience and interest.

Dean,

Those two ladies in Pearl Harbor, HI, were having problems getting into the forum in the past. I just sent them instructions and password on how to get in. So we should be hearing something from them in the near future.

Have you read the Q+A, about Lt Gilbert having the entire SSIC and Dispo Manual already meshed together. Can you check up on that and maybe we can use what she has for our meeting on the 24th of September. Let me know what you find out, if any. Thanks.
