What am I doing wrong? I can't download SSIC Chapters 1 and 2? Help!

I would first ask what web browser you are using? I am using Internet Explorer 4.0, and when I left click on the Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 icons, the word files open within my browser. Using this method will not allow me to edit the files. If I decide that I would like to download these files, I right click on the icons. This will allow me to locally save the files. I believe that the procedures are the same if you are using the Netscape browser.

Is anyone else having problems?
