site for rural homestead?

I am wondering if you could direct me to a site that might be interested in a piece of property I feel would be of interest to those concerned about Y2K. I have a home for sale that is heated by wood (as is the hot water), is on 11 wooded acres, has a large garden site, has a working woodcookstove(beautiful) in the kitchen, 3 outbuildings from a small garage to a large shop. The house is only three years old. While we lived there we had a horse, chickens, goats. It is perfect for a comfortable refuge. The very thing that makes it undesirable to city folk that don't think anything could really happen makes it perfect for those that beleive a crisis could be near. It is 20 miles to three different small cities of about 2500 or less, 45 minutes to a city of only 17,000.It is in beautiful Central Wis. and has fruit trees, rhubarb, asparagus already flourishing. As we just moved quite far away and cool weather is coming we want very much to be able to see someone else be able to take advantage of what we enjoyed for many years.(It is very reasonably priced as well-you don't need to be rich to find a haven in the country) If you know of someone or could refer me to an appropriate site, I would very much appreciate it. Thank You. civldlab@selec.net

Laurie, have you seen the Cassandra Project bulletin board? I'm not sure if it is what you are looking for, but check it out if you'd like:
