Postscript:

I just saw Steve Green's post. He has finished chapters 1 and 2. They'll be posted later today. So now we've completed 9 chapters, with 3 more being worked on. That only leaves Karen's two chapters, 11 and 16. I'll contact her and help her along.

Bottom line is we're doing well. When we get together on the 24th we'll review what we've done and start organizing the work to do after 1 October. Henry will be out most of the next two weeks, though he is planning to attend the meeting, so Margit and I will do an agenda and I'll post it here next Friday, 18 September. At that time I'll have some thoughts to share about developing a merged SSIC/SECNAV.
