Everyone,

Time for a second progress report before we meet again on 24 September. If you've looked at the main page you've seen that we now have Chapters 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 posted. I've talked with Linda Strauss and the newest member of the group, Bob Scherr from Rosey Greer's office. They are working on chapters 6 and 13 respectively and should have them posted before 24 September. I will have 12 posted by next Wednesday. Steve Green has been assigned 1 and 2. I haven't reached him personally yet to check progress, but Steve, if you're out there, let us know how you're doing. If you need help, let me know. I have called Karen Sporn at the Coast Guard, but have not connected with her yet. She didn't attend the 19 August meeting and I'm not sure if she's monitoring the web site.
