sixteen scenarios

These scenarios are certainly possible...some more than others. My question:Since I nor anyone else can be CERTAIN of any of them, why not pull all assets out of the system until THE scenario plays out and then commit to a strategy? This way, I would be CERTAIN to have ALL my assets, except for penalties/taxes, when the crash or whatever comes. I'm not excited about penalties or taxes, but IT IS THE MOST CERTAIN WAY TO INSURE THAT I CAN KEEP WHAT LITTLE I HAVE!
