Is it just me or in the scene of Titanic when all the plates fall off the wall a myste ry women appears? The first time i watched it no one was there, the second time I watched it a lady in a long white dress was in the water. The third I watched it she wasn't there? Am I just mad or is there something spooky going on?

Are you talking about the lady we see floating in her white nightgown? I remember the part with the plates falling from the wall but I don't remember seeing a lady in that scene.

I was watching Titanic: Anatomy of a Disaster on Saturday night and one part that really upset me was a re-enactment of what the stern looked like as it hit the ocean floor. I could just imagine the poor bodies that were still trapped inside there. =( I only hope they didn't suffer too much and died quickly.

Which woman? ALL women are a mystery to me! But seriously, it's a long movie and you may have just missed that brief scene a time or two. I don't know how you could have missed it though, it stopped the momentum of the movie dead in its tracks. Cameron supposedly spent a lot of time getting the flow of the gown precisely to his liking. I didn't find it a particularly effective (or affecting) image, but perhaps that's just the iconoclast in me coming through again. I know during my 9 (yes 9, don't laugh) viewings of the movie, various scenes hit me with differing impacts depending on my mood that day (I don't have a firm disposition, as some here may have noticed). Of course, it's also possible that the 64 oz. soft drink (with free refills) I was drinking may have had a different impact during each 3 hour 20 minute viewing....
