MOCK TITANIC TRIAL

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TitanicShack : One Thread

A Mock Trial relating to the legal liability case of the Titanic's sinking was held this week in Toronto Canada at the American Bar Association Convention. Using 1912 facts and current liabiltiy rules the mock trial resulted in the plaintiff being awarded 1.5 million because by a 26 to 25 decision the Titanic was ruled unsafe. Johnnie Cochran (OJ's lawyer) represented the plaintiff and convinced the mock jury that the ship was unsafe. Does anyone know whether the mock trial transcripts will be made available. I was not able to find any information on the creation of the transcript from the ABA's home page?
