Tide: where's the shot?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Aeon Flux : One Thread

Near the end of Tide, Aeon returns to the elevator after being shot by the soldier.

My question: Am I blind, or do we not see this shooting? Remembering the defined camera positions, it seems entirely feasible, but strange to miss some of Aeon's famous blood.

Well, yes, the shot is there. As Aeon dashes from the elevator toward the storage lockers, she is clipped in the shoulder. This happens right before they switch to RU 486 sucking on Trevor's chest.

Here's the picture here. You can see the bullet trail, the round exiting Aeon's shoulder. Aeon didn't flinch much, probably because she's used to being shot.

But yes, the shot is in there. (If the picture doesn't show up, its at Disrecognized Space, in the Season Two, Episode Four "Episode in Pictures" part II directory.)

Skilled Breen? I'm guessing you're referring to his accuracy?

Yeah, and the way he darts around, avoids getting shot, and knows exactly what he's there to do.
