This image to me is the epitome of expressing one's emotions through one's art. It truelly was a very sad time in my life.

A very remarkable image indeed. I am glad you didn't crop of the empty sky on top. These empty areas remind me of old japanese paintings. This is what I am looking for in a photograph, something that touches me emotionally!

I dig it! beautiful subject, timing, and composition. The only visible flaw is what looks like a hint of flare below and to the left of the hill in the background.

A very emotional image, as are many at your site! Congratulations! Are those additional plants in the center of the water, or birds? They don't throw the image off at all, just peaked my curiosity.

A fine image. Like the one with the dancing cranes, if you have 50 or 100 as good, you could conquer the world!

i agree with the observations of prior responders; additionally, i think you are to be complimented on your ability to recognize that the reality before you would make an excellent image.

Reminds me of a classical oriental painting. It would look wonderfull scanned and printed (unaltered in any way ;>) on ricepaper or watercolor paper.

I love the simplicity and the strong use of line and form. The composition seems textbook perfect, be that's ok... (laughing, Guy ;>).

Very nice.

Best regards,

Keith

PS And who says you don't have weather there in California? ;>
