Trying to see test photos from Nikon CoolPix (00 digital camera and can not get complete photo. Usually get 5 to 6%.

Can you give me any additional info? Has it happened repeatedly? At a particular time of day? Are you using the AOL browser? If so, what version? What OS, processor, memory size?

- Sorry to be so quizzical, just want to know what the dimensions of the problem are. We're putting out between 400-800 megabytes of data a day from the server, and no other complaints. Lots of times though, people may be struggling, just not taking the time to write. Hence, I'm *very* glad for your post, look forward to helping you resolve the problem!

For anyone else reading this thread, Jim replied via email that he was using a Beta version of AOL 4.0b. (I'm always leery of beta software!) Jim, did the dropped connections happen in a specific area (eg, the Comparometer, which uses frames), or just in the regular "Pictures" pages for each camera? If it occurred in the Comparometer, maybe try the pictures page. Have you had any problems with downloading large software files? If anyone else is experiencing problems, we'd really appreciate an email or post to this thread! Thanks much!
