Heard that computer glitch on July 2 at Teachers Credit Union in Scottsdale, Ariz, caused temmporary shutdown. Told they are allowing only $200. a day to be withdrawn fron newly deposited checks. Is this true? If so we have an example of state commmputer systems causing difficulty. Someone in Scottsdale please confirm or deny.

Went to my county business office today to look up my tax records. Computers were down and wouldn't be back up for a couple of days. I was told to come back then. Went over to another county office, and was told that their computers weren't operating! So I guess I can go build that extra building on my lot and not have to take out a permit or pay taxes on it! GOOOOODY! I asked if it was a Y2K problem and the clerk admitted it!
