Looking for poem "First they came" about discrimination

Help! I am going to teach a seminar on discrimination and want to use a poem which starts "First they came for the jews", talks about how the writer did nothing to stop persecution of jews, blacks, gays, and ends with "then they came for me" and tells how nobody was left to oppose persecution of the writer. Anyone who knows the full text, the author, or the title, I would appreciate your help.

Thanks!

It's not a poem but part of a sermon by the great WW II philosopher REinhold Neibuhr (spelling IS wrong). Very moving. cc
