I want to do a search for something in courier-times archives but your on-line service won't let me. says i need a java aware browser. what does that mean?

The site search that we are currently using is written and works in Java.

If your browser does not do Java, or at least the version o fJava in which the search script is written, it will not run for you.

I am currently working on a new search engine and this one will not require Java. Sorry for an inconvenience.
