"I've cc'd a few relevant parties, but not everyone who could be involved. This is from my brain-pan only (set to be lost in a blueberry harvest in less than 3 weeks and not to emerge til August's end).

"If any of you have suggestions for amendments, inclusions, etc. please let me know. I haven't yet seen anything public for our community on the issue of broad-based y2k coordination that's mandated by the elected or the paid-to-do-it (observation, not castigation), and am concerned that we're losing some valuable time for calm proactivity."
