Billy Zane has a new film currently being shopped at the Cannes film festival in France called Susan's Plan. It costars Nastassja KINSKI,Michael Biehn,Rob Schneider,Lara Flynn Boyle and Dan Aykroyd. Billy has hair in this one also. Did you know that he wears wigs in most of his films including Titanic?
