Hopefully Titanic will earn some nice box office for the memorial day weekend, as long as, Godzilla dose not eat up all of Titanics theaters. Please go out and support Titanic ,SEE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN!

"Godzilla" will open on a record number of screens, somewhere around 8000. This should give it the largest opening weekend box-office in history, a record which seems to be broken every summer. The demographics for "Godzilla" and "Titanic" are dissimilar, though, and the audience for "Titanic" must be predominately multiple-repeat viewers by now. Looks like "Titanic" will be around all summer, hopefully in second-run theaters soon. I'm chafing at paying $7.50 to see it a tenth time. I've done my part.

Dan, have you not heard of the bargin matinee? In my hometown of Orlando Fl most prices for first run films at night peak at 6.75. You must continue to do your part and contribute to the cause!
