Simply put, Mitchell Barnes does some of the best "reporting on the reporting" of anyone aware of y2k. He has a great eye and great editing talent that saves those lucky enough to get his reports a lot of reading. His brief editorial comments are articulate, intelligent, to the point, and always interesting.
