Reading between the lines

Could some of you programming types look up these following testimonies? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Willemssen seems to be saying politely that were are in deep doo-doo. The other two seem to be the happy face crowd. Were they put there so that the congress-critters can say later, "we had expert testimony and if you total the opinions its 2:1 in favor that everything is going to be hunky-dory"?

On the other two, if I read this right, windowing is going to save the day?? Another point is that they talk about third party software, but don't really say anything about it one way or the other?

Ken, I believe that each of the web addresses you listed should have had the address component of ways_means instead of way_means in the middle of the URL.
