Once an annullment has been reached in the affirmative, there is no way of getting it overturned.

Dear Lynn,

If you are still out there. Yes you can but you really need some profound evidence which contradicts what is already present? Or you must be able to find a defect in the annulment process of your particular case which would or could render either or both decisions null.

I would not attempt it without being certain. It is a can of worms.
