Answers

There is really no way of telling to what extent the Power Grid will be affected. I would hope that the Governments of each Country will make Power, a primary concern as without it, the Y2K Remediation efforts will be past tense.

The Power Grid is a very sensitive syatem and the Embedded Chip problem will be critical in this area.

I would stay tuned to the (good) reporting sources and start making note of some contingency plans, should the Grid go down.
