OSCARS BOOST TITANIC ALBUM SALES

With the theme from Titanic burned into everyone's consciousness after repeat playings at last week's Oscars, sales of the movie's soundtrack album surged to 476,000, bringing its domestic total to 6.6 million and its worldwide total to more than 20 million. The album has topped the Billboard album chart for the past 12 weeks.

DiCaprio fourth behind Clinton!!! Sheesh. Imagine what it would have been if the lad had been available for interviews and stuff.

I'm *still* surprised at the world-wide success of Titanic; I was expecting it to be big...but not this big.
