Leo be Nimble

HOLLYWOOD (Reuters) - Leonardo DiCaprio looked nimble on his feet during the jig scene of "Titanic.'' But choreographer Lynne Hockney tells People magazine he was among the least nimble of the actors when he started rehearsing last year. "I think he was nervous at first,'' said the former Royal Ballet School dancer. But Hockney taught Leo breathing exercises to help him stay poised while spinning Kate Winslet. She said his ''feet were a bit sluggish'' at first but "they got faster and faster.''

Interesting...

Did Kate really stand on her toes? Has she studied ballet?

Response to Leo be Nimble

My friend has taken ballet for a number of years, and she told me that what Kate did is very hard to do. She also told me that her ballet teacher had advised her not to do it, and also that it is very hard for her to do it even though she has taken ballet for a while. She said that somebody must have helped Kate do that.
