MADONNA CAN'T SINK TITANIC ALBUM

Not even a highly promoted (and critically praised) album from Madonna could slow sales of the Titanic soundtrack, which topped the album charts again last week for the ninth consecutive time. Another 478,000 copies were picked up by record buyers -- as Madonna's Ray of Light debuted at No. 2 with sales of 371,000.
