Gordon: You are right, the comparisons are strangely similar. I think a lot of that has to do with the year 1912 and the mindset of that era. All the same values are present in that film as they were in Titanic. Also, I think if the film were remade, Tom Shoebottom should play the Christopher Reeve part, judging by his question on this board ("If you had 1 hour..."). My only suggestion to Tom would be leave his spare change at home!

I'm very upset...I loved "Somewhere In Time" and I tried to check out this site...IT'S GONE!!! GONE, I TELL YOU!!! If anyone finds it or something similar, please let me know.

I checked out the site, and I was surprised at the similarities! I haven't see the movie in years; I'm encouraged to go rent it this week. Thanks for reminding me that this great film exists!
