Word printing at the back of RC paper

I would like to print some information at the back of RC paper using permanent ink. Is there an economical and effective way to do it? I will appreciate any suggestion.

I was told to never print on the back of a photo no matter whether it is RC of FB. The best way might be to put the information on an adhesive label then put it on the print.

If you're printing the same information many times (like a copyright mark), a rubber stamp and pad with permanent ink will work.

I've run b&w postcards and RC prints through the laser printer before without problems (other than occasional paper jams).

I'm surprised that running prints through a laser printer didn't leave melted gelatin or RC coating goo all over the fuser!

I've run thousands of prints throught a dot matrix printer. For color prints I have two sets made and print the information on the back and use one set as a master file set. This sure helps find the negative when I wish to make reprints. I also print the information on the back of black and white proof sheets. This allows me to find the negative but also to keep important information on the subject, date shot, etc. So far after over five years doing this I can see no problems. Even so I don't do this to finish prints.
