Why have no lawsuits been filed against Gerth? I arrived here three semesters ago, and heard of his callous disregard for the students and inept management of what is supposed to be an institution of higher learning almost the moment I set foot in my first class here. Apparently, Gerth (I refuse to use the honorific in connection with this man) believes that the main function of this campus is that of a CalTrans construction crew training area, with a private driveway to his reserved space so that he can comfortably oversee his busy little bulldozers.
