Anyone know where I might get a cracked focussing screen replaced? And how much it might cost? I have an original series 6x7, purchased in the early 70's.Thanx

Your best bet would bet having it fixed by Pentax Service in Colorado. Sorry, but I don't have the address and telephone number handy. As to cost, I would guess in the $100 range, with that price including the cost of the new focusing screen. I base this on having my matte screen replaced with a split image focusing screen.

It is very important that Pentax in Colorado do the replacement. To replace the screen requires that the alignment adjustments be broken and re-done. Requires factory-level collimation equipment to get it done right. They have been very good about fast turn-around.B$
