I need to know about necrons and their special abilities, I missed the issue's with them, can anyone tell me their stats?

NECRONS SPECIAL ABILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: IF A NECRON GET DESTROYED DO NOT TAKE IT OFF THE BOARD INSTEAD ROLL A D6 IF IT IS A 6 THE NECRON IS REPAIRED AND RISES UP AGAIN, IF IT IS A 1 THE NECRON IS BEYOND REPAIR AND IS TAKEN OFF THE BOARD PERMANENTLY IF IT IS A 2-5 ROLL ON THIS TABLE AGAIN AT THE START OF THE NEXT NECRON TURN IF A NECRON IS REPAIRED AFTER BEING KNOCKED DOWN THEN IT MUST RETURN TO THE SQUAD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, THE NECRON CAN NOT FIRE BUT CAN FIGHT IN ALL OTHER WAYS UNTIL IT IS BACK IN THE SQUAD. NECRONS DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE ANY LEADERSHIP BASED TESTS IF A VEHICLE OR DREADNOUGHT IS WITHIN 6" OF A NECRON THE VEHICLE MUST ROLL A D6 ON A ROLL OF 4+ IT MOVES HALVE IT'S MOVEMENT IF IT IS FAILED THEN THE VEHICLE DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL. IF A WEAPON ATTEMPS TO SHOOT THEN IT SUFFERS A -1 TO HIT PENELTY FOR EACH NECRON WITHIN 6", THIS APPLIES TO ALL WEAPONRY INCLUDING THE TYRANID BIO WEAPONRY THE WEAPONS WHICH NECRONS HAVE ARE THE GAUSS-FLAYER GUN WITH STATS OF

WHEN YOU ROLL FOR ARMOUR PENETRATION IF YOU ROLL A 6 THE ADD ANOTHER D6 TO THE ARMOUR PENETRATION

Necron Lords: M WS BS S T W I A Ld 4 5 5 5 5 3 3 3 10 Equip: Armor (2+Save on 1D6) Staff of light. Strength 7 D3 damgage, -4 save. Close Combat. Shoots one bolt of lightning with same profile as above in shooting phase, 24" range. No to hit bonuses. All regular Necron rules apply Necron Speeders. Same as a land speeder but if it crashes the pilot can regenerate like a Necron. Carries one gun called a Gauss Cannon. Range S L THS THL S D SM AP SPEC 20 40 +1 - 6 D6 -3 6+2D6 Metal Flayer - If 6 is rolled for AP add another D6 points to the roll. Armor value is 10 all around.
