It appears that the shopping cart program occasionally empties the shopping cart once a user turns to the order form page. I end up receiving an email order with all the personal information added but without any information as to which items the user picked out. I think this happens with only some browsers, but I don't know what's going wrong and how to fix it.

Hi, I have a similar prob. I have converted the script for use in the UK and everything has been fine until a few months ago. We have just started to get a moderate amount of orders and sometimes the script is unable to recall the persons cart for the final order proccess. I think the prob is the persons ip address. It apearz as if the persons ip is being withheld, i'm not sure if it is something to do with the person accessing it through a firewall because if that was the case then why do the items add in the first place?
