I believe it is Bernard Fox playing the lookout in "A Night to Remember." It's such a small part, he's not credited. But it's Bernard Fox playing Col. Archibald Gracie in Cameron's film...if so, how come no one has pointed that out? As Dr. Bombay would say, "Interesting bit of trivia, wot?"

I guess I have my answer - I also contacted Internet Movie Database a while ago, now I see it's listed as an uncredited part for Bernard Fox as the lookout in "A Night to Remember."
