I would like to use SSL to process orders on my website, but when I transfer in secure mode, all of the items in the cart are lost. Do you know how to fix this?

Are your secure and standard server on the the physical machine ? If so, it shouldn't be any problem having both of them read the same cart files.

Otherwise, you'll need some way to copy the file across servers.

Ask your Web hosting provider to move your files to the secure server. Here at NOVA Plaza, we use Stronghold for our SSL, and move our hosting clients to the same physical server when they want to add secure ordering capability to their sites.
