Enter 0 as the quantity, and recalculate.

Clearing the shopping cart

Why would a customer know to enter "0" and re-calculate ?

How about a button beside each enry on the summary screen that will remove it if they want ?

Thanx..Barry...

Apparently I am overestimating the average users intelligence .. :)

There is an undocutmented routine that will do such (sub delete_item) but I'll document it for 1.9.3

Yes, Barry... you have no idea how filled with 'dufusness' 90% of internet users are... they never know if they're ordering zero items or 700 and have absolutely no clue how to 'zero' out an order, but are perfectly happy typing in their credit card numbers and sending them to a scam operation in Tailand.

I've tried detailed instructions in plain English, but I swear I must be the only one on the planet that can READ! You know why AOL (LOL) is the most popular ISP? The inhabitants of this whirling ball of dirt are clueless! :)

BTW, is there a new version available anywhere? Every link I hit is dead.

Thanks
