Six billion dollars!?! That's obscene. I was only mildly annoyed by the whole thing until I read that. What really makes me mad is that they're using prime time television (major expense?) to run scare ads. Pictures of kids being schooled in a janitor's closet and a house burning for lack of firefighting equipment - and claiming it's all because people didn't fill out the census 10 years ago. The reality is, those things happen because of poor planning at the local level, usually too much growth in too short a time by developers who take perfectly good farm land and chop into half acre plots with half million dollar houses.(posted 9600 days ago)Now I'm mad!
