Response to dog ear infection

This is not an answer, My Poodle has the same problem with ears!! I have been to vet. The problem is it clears up then recurrs. There is suppose to be a remedie on the internet that is better than vet meds. I know the ingredients are Genitian violet drops, alcohol, boric acid, BUT the problem is How much of each??
