Gas Prices

The gas debate has been all very enlightening I must say!! My parting comment on it all is that whatever and whoever is responsible high transportation costs will mean higher prices in the store. Higher prices in the store mean higher wages to pay for them. In other words - inflation - which does nobody any good. It OUGHT to mean that we all eat local food instead of transporting it from Mexico to New York but in reality people still want their sweet peppers so instead of scaling down their expectations they demand more income. Hope this note doesn't start a new political debate!! Sarah.
