Yes it OUGHT to mean that we all consume local products, but the truth of it is that many folks will not change their ways and will demand ever more income. Many Countrysiders produce much of their own foods, harvest firewood to heat with however very few from the larger cities have never planted a seed or picked a fresh tomato to eat.
