Hi Jean, I am currently fighting off my lender for repossession, they put a suspended order on my property in September as long as I kept to their arrears repayment programme. I have Court hearing on Friday to try and stave off their action and their threat to repossess because of accrued arrears following recent illness. What stage are you at - have they applied to Court? Have they got Money Judgement Order? I am trying to use the Norgan rules to apply arrears over lifetime of mortgage, but its up to the judge on the day! I have been searching for new lender, remortage etc but to no avail...but will update you following Friday's Court case.

hi peter, thank you for replying to my query, i am sorry to hear of your pending case. my society are only threatning me with proceedings at the moment we have not yet been to court. i do not know what the next step will be or when. my main worry at the moment is getting rehoused if we can not sort it out. my e mail address should be o.k. i have had other e mails today. good luck on friday i will be thinking of you. keep in touch. if the worst happens what will you do.

regards jean
