We are grieved to announce the pasing of Reverend Dr. Allen P. Brice Sr. April 9th, 1948 - January 8, 2005. The ceremony was held on Wed. Jan. 12th 2005. @:00 P.M. @ Walker Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, McComb Ms.Rev. Jimmie Addison, Pastor. Officiating: Presiding Elder Joseph Young, Brookhaven/Hattiesburg District, of the Mississippi Conference Eulogist,Bishop C. Garnett Henning, Eighth Episcopal District. Dr. Brice was the Eighth Episcopal District Historian. Also He was former pastor of St. James A. M. E. Church, Picayune, Ms. And Pineview Presbetarian Church, Hattiesburg, Ms. He was presently serving at Mitchell Chapel Station in Summit, Ms and Chisolm Mission A. M. E. Church Summit, Ms. He will be greatly missed by all of the members of the Brookhaven/Hattiesburg District, Mississippi Conference, and the Eighth Episcopal District.
