max, this is precisely why one cultivates friends in school - so one may crib the answers from them.

It is obvious that these questions refer directly to a very specific lecture or textbook wherein all the particular "correct" answers were given. You were either suffering from an illness or profound inattention on the day your instructor lectured or gave the assignement. I could tell you two lessons Alexander learned from Aristotle and his father, but the chances that I will correctly guess which specific two your instructor thinks were "of inestimable value" are next to zero.

I cannot read minds. I refuse to try. Please, go ask the classmate you can most easily beat up on.

Hey Max, looks like an outline for a high school term paper. Suggest you visit the library and read at least one historical source (Arrian, Diodorus Siculas) and at least one modern analysis (Green, Tarn, Fox)
