I would like any information about the treasure Alexander the great plundered from the Persian Empire. How much? Where did he send it to? The route they took to transport the treasure?

The amount of treasure Alexander captured in Persepolis has the modern equivalent of a few hundred billion! This combined with the money he had already and other gold he captured makes him the richest guy ever! He mainly used the gold to pay his troops the rest he sent back to Greece through passes through the eastern mountains and lowlands (the route was mainly the same as Alexanders into Asia only backwords back to Greece.
